- From an unorganized person to a systematic individual.
- From an inefficient worker to a proficient employee, who is a an asset to an organization
or to a team.
- From a shy person to a confident individual , possessing great interpersonal skills,
having good and amicable personality.
- From a short tempered person to a pleasant and cheerful individual.
How the change is brought along:
HandWriting Life uses Graphotherapy (Handwritingtherapy)
a core component of handwriting engineering to bring out changes in your personality
and subsequently your life. The Steps followed are AS FOLLOWS :
- Based on Handwriting sample , Handwriting Analysis is done.
- As a part of the Analysis Report , personality AND behavioural traits requiring
change, are identified.
- A Graphotherapy Plan (GTP) or is chalked out, based on the improvements traits identified
and discussed with client, and a tentative time frame is assigned.
Graphotherapy sessions are conducted either through Personal Visits or through OLS
(Online sessions). Based on the GTP, approximate no. of sessions required for Graphotherapy
are identified. A session usually lasts for an hour. Initial 3 sessions are conducted
in quick session to set the pace of practice and subsequent sessions are conducted
over an approximate time frame of 1-2 weeks.
As you start the sessions, it is a commitment you make to yourself, you make yourself
accountable towards yourself. A commitment to yourself to give your honest and consistent
effort to bring about a change. It is a gradual process and not a onetime effort
, patience and perseverance bring better results.
One – to – One Personal Session:
We conduct one-to-one personal sessions in our office. Based on Traits identified
for improvement and the GTP planned, visits are scheduled. During the sessions,
the clients are made to practice what are required to be doing in the Graphotherapy
exercises and their performance is monitored. Thus they are guided for corrections
as required while doing the exercises on their own. This is to avoid clients practicing
incorrect patterns.
Online Sessions:
The exercises are mailed to the clients before the sessions. During the session,
progress made based on previous session(s) is discussed over internet using Skype,
new exercises are explained and performance is monitored during the course of Graphotherapy.
Case Study : Avantee Bansal
Before Graphotherapy
When Avantee came to me, she was a lonely, quiet and reserved person who would suppress
her true emotions not share what she all was going through. She was practically
living in the past as she had lost her father at a fairly young age. She had build
walls around her, preventing her social circle from growing. Generally a bottled
up person, she was not very keen to move forward in life. Though a very bright and
intelligent student, she was not very confident and unwilling to take challenges.
She did not want to set very high goals as per her potential (which actually she
could have achieved).
Post Graphotherapy
Graphotherapy had a cathartic effect on Avantee. Today , she is a warm, caring and
affectionate person. Quite confident about herself, she takes up challenges with
open arms. She looks forward to life in a wholesome fashion. She has come a long
way from being a fearful person who was sceptical of future. She now expresses herself
effortlessly, no bottling up inside. She is a much happier and self assured person
today, after having undergone Graphotherapy for 7 sessions over a period of 3 months.
Read what Avantee has to say about Mansee:
"Mansee’s analysis of my handwriting not only surprised me but also shook me to
the core" – she was the first person to know me inside-out; not only that, she could
put me down on paper – on a graph! My traits, characteristics and their intensities
- how I generally react to most situations. Even my mother hadn’t mapped me out
that accurately and a lot of things, once reconfirmed by me, came as a total surprise
to her. I went in for therapy with not the slightest idea of the self-confrontation
I’d be up for. Never did I imagine that I would end up turning into a whole new
person, and would actually like it better that way.
The Transformation with Handwriting Therapy:
"Therapy with Mansee has really been a trip to the absolute depths of my mind and
being. During our sessions, a sort of self-realisation and awakening hit me. Doing
the patterns, and working on my strokes day in and day out along with knowledge
and acceptance of where I had to change turned me into quite the opposite of what
I was - And all for the good! Never before did I realise how introverted I was,
how the present was of no value to me – I’d literally live in the past. I could
never share with anyone my thoughts, opinions, feelings or desires. I had trouble
accepting others’ views and taking criticism in a good spirit. A short-temper and
a need to maintain my distance coupled with mood swings and high levels of emotional
sensitivity made me a real hard person to deal with. I’d stored so much in me –
be it complexes, hurt feelings & emotions or simply views not shared which needed
to be released – I found it hard to aim high and focus on the present. I was in
quite a mess even though I never realised it.
What I didn’t realise as one bad trait like my introversion, stopped me short from
achieving so much and being that much more calm and happier. Today, I can tell the
difference, especially in my confidence. It’s not that I was an emotional wreck–
I felt just fine and normal.
It’s only after Handwriting therapy, when I started breathing as a person, did I
notice how better off I could be. All I needed was an open mind to a few tiny changes,
a few strokes in my handwriting - here and there.
In fact, these last two paragraphs are the best testimony to Mansee’s work – Avantee
before therapy would never write more than her name and age for someone she knew.
Avantee after therapy wrote a self eulogy and has absolutely no regrets about the
whole world reading it.”
